Alsafwa charity organisation funded by UNFPA aims to improve universal access to essential health care and ensure people’s right to access essential reproductive, maternal and newborn health services and help the country to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). This project consists in maintaining provision of Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (EmONC), including safe delivery, antenatal and postnatal care, and HIV testing and counselling services for IDPs, non-displaced people and returnees, as well as non-Libyans in the South and the West, with focus on Tripoli, Wadi Al Hayat and Ghat areas.
